Region IV And XXIV Men's Basketball Preseason Top 10

The 2022-23 Men's Junior College Basketball season begins Tuesday. Last season was a historic season for the area, especially in Region IV.

Last season, South Suburban won the Division II National Championship defeating then national champion Des Moines Area 69-57 in the semifinals, and defeating Davidson-Davie 79-63 in the championship. Triton made it to the final four in Division I, but lost in the semifinals to eventual national champion Northwest Florida State. Rock Valley went on a deep run in the Division III National Tournament, and took third place in the tournament. Region XXIV's Parkland College Vipers took home the consolation title.
